Spice Tea

Ingredients

  • black
  • all spice
  • 163 leaves
  • orange juice
  • lemon juice

Directions

1. Boil 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar for 5 minutes.
2. Add 2 teaspoons of black tea, 1/2 teaspoon allspice and 2
fresh or dried mint leaves.
3. Cover the pan and allow the mixture to steep at least 10
minutes.
4. Strain and add to the liquid 2 quarts boiling water, 3/4
cup orange juice, and 6-8 tablespoons lemon juice.
5. Bring mixture to a boil and serve. (Serves 12)
